Meet The Faces of SILVER CREEK FAMILY PRACTICE

Lindsey is the sole owner of Silver Creek Family Practice. She is a native of Burke County and currently resides in Morganton with her husband of 19 years. They have a 21-year-old daughter, one yorkie, one chocolate lab, and a rescue cat.  

Lindsey‘s Education:

2011 -Associate Degree in Nursing from Western Piedmont Community College 

2013 - Bachelor Degree in Nursing from Western Carolina University 

2015 - Master Degree in Nursing with a concentration in Nursing Education from Grand Canyon University

2017 - Master Degree in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University.

Amber is one of our Nurse Practitioners, she is our sweet and innocent one. Amber is a native of McDowell County, she currently resides in Marion with her husband of 11 years. Amber has one beautiful daughter and one wild son. You will never see a mean bone within her. 

Amber’s Education:

2011 - Associate Degree in Nursing from Western Piedmont Community College

2014 - Bachelor Degree in Nursing from Winston Salem State University

2020 - Master in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University. 

Chelsey is one of our Nurse Practitioners, she is our soft-spoken and creative one in the office. Chelsey is a native of Burke County, she currently resides in Morganton with her husband of 8 years. Chelsey is a mom of two beautiful girls. Chelsey is an active member within our community and with her church.  When she's not caring for patients, Chesley can often be found tending to her Highland Cows. She enjoys farm life & values the balance it brings to her busy career in healthcare.

2016 - Bachelor Degree in Nursing from Lenoir Rhyne

2022 - Master Degree in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from Walsh University                    2025 - Doctoral Degree in Nursing from Lenoir Rhyne University.

 Jamie is a native of Burke County and currently resides in Morganton. Jamie has one beautiful, sassy 8 year old daughter and a spunky 6 year old chihuahua.

Jamie Education: 

2011- License of Practical Nursing Diploma from McDowell Technical Community College

2020- Associate Degree in Nursing from McDowell Technical Community College

 2022- Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winston Salem State University

2024- Master in Nursing with a Concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from South University.
