Meet The Faces of SILVER CREEK FAMILY PRACTICE

Caroline is the face of Silver Creek Family Practice. Caroline is the first person you see when you come into the office, she is also a familiar voice on the phone. Caroline resides in Glen Alpine, and her grandbabies are her life. If you see Caroline from behind the counter do not expect to see her in shoes! 

Kenzie is the baby of the office, she works the front desk most of the time but she will also assist in rooming patients and in the lab. She is a great team player and flexible. Kenzie is attending Blue Ridge Community College to achieve a degree in Nursing. Kenzie was just married in June to her Marine. 

Megan is right-hand with Lindsey, rooming her patients and taking care of them daily. Megan is also our gainswave and femiwave expert. Megan is our laugh everyday with her sense of humor. Megan resides in Morganton with her husband of 13 years, and they have one beautiful daughter and one wild son. 

Madison is right-hand with Amber, rooming her patients and taking care of them daily. Madison just graduated from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Psychology. Madison resides in Morganton with her husband, her dog Oreo and her new baby a saved kitten Cookie. 

Autumn is right-hand to Chelsey, rooming her patients and taking care of them daily. Autumn resides in Drexel with her partner of seven years. Autumn is our very quiet employee and is always sneaking up on us. 

Hailey is right-hand to Jamie, rooming her patients and taking care of them daily. Hailey resides in Nebo with her fiance'. She has worked in healthcare for over 7 years working in several areas from critical care to nursing homes. She is a mom to Snickers the beagle. She enjoys riding side by sides and playing the guitar. 

Charity is the vampire of the office as she is our phlebotomist, conducts all testing procedures, and is our IV genius. Charity graduated from Western Piedmont Community College in 2019 with her phlebotomy certificate. Charity resides in Glen Alpine with her husband of 11 years and they have two beautiful daughters. 

Ava is the daughter of our owner Lindsey. Ava graduated from Patton High School in 2023 as well as from Western Piedmont Community College in 2023 with an Associate Degree in arts. She recently finished her esthetics degree from Cleveland Community College. At this time you can find her services listed under Silver Creek Cosmetics. Ava is very quiet and shy like her dad, she recently got engaged to her high school sweetheart, and she is a mom to a Chocolate lab. Ava is the young lady of the office just living her best life! 

Brittany is the office manager of Silver Creek Family Practice. Brittany has been with Silver Creek Family Practice since opening. She is always looking to run deals for our patients on all of our services as well as she is our crediatling and biller for the office. Brittany resides in Rutherfordton and has been married to the love of her life for 10 years. Brittany has one daughter who is a Financial Advisor and one son who is a Marine. 

Cindy is our behind-the-scenes wingman. Cindy has been with Silver Creek since opening and continues to offer any help needed in any area. But if you ever ask it is always her first day on the job! She currently works with referrals and billing for our patients in the office. Cindy resides in Nebo with her husband of 23 years, she has two wonderful sons that both have great personalities and are a lot of fun to be around.
