Lindsey is the sole owner of Silver Creek Family Practice, a leading provider of family healthcare services in Morganton. She is a native of Burke County and currently resides in Morganton with her husband of 19 years. They have a 21-year-old daughter, one yorkie, one chocolate lab, and a rescue cat.  

Lindsey's Education:  

2011 - Associate Degree in Nursing from Western Piedmont Community College  

2013 - Bachelor Degree in Nursing from Western Carolina University  

2015 - Master Degree in Nursing with a concentration in Nursing Education from Grand Canyon University  

2017 - Master Degree in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University. At Silver Creek Family Practice, Lindsey is dedicated to providing personalized care for families in the area.

Amber is one of our Nurse Practitioners, known for her sweet and innocent demeanor. A native of McDowell County, she currently resides in Marion with her husband of 11 years. Amber is proud to be a mother to one beautiful daughter and one wild son, and you will never see a mean bone in her. She is dedicated to providing personalized care for families, making her an integral part of our family healthcare services.

2011 - Associate Degree in Nursing from Western Piedmont Community College

2014 - Bachelor Degree in Nursing from Winston Salem State University

2020 - Master in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University, equipping her to serve our Morganton family practice effectively.

Chelsey is one of our Nurse Practitioners and is known for her soft-spoken and creative approach to patient care. A native of Burke County, she currently resides in Morganton with her husband of eight years and is a proud mom of two beautiful girls. Chelsey actively engages with our community and is involved with her church. Outside of providing personalized care for families at our Morganton family practice, she often enjoys tending to her Highland Cows, embracing farm life and the balance it brings to her demanding career in healthcare.

2016 - Bachelor Degree in Nursing from Lenoir Rhyne

2022 - Master Degree in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from Walsh University

2025 - Doctoral Degree in Nursing from Lenoir Rhyne University.

Jamie, a native of Burke County, currently resides in Morganton. She is a devoted mother to a vibrant 8-year-old daughter and has a spunky 6-year-old chihuahua. With a strong passion for family healthcare services, Jamie has dedicated her education to nursing. 

Her educational journey includes:

2011 - License of Practical Nursing Diploma from McDowell Technical Community College

2020 - Associate Degree in Nursing from McDowell Technical Community College

2022 - Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winston Salem State University

2024 - Master in Nursing with a Concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from South University, which will enable her to provide personalized care for families as part of her commitment to the Morganton family practice.
